IRELAND,S NEW FLY TYING SCHOOL

Lawrence Finney of Finney,s flies started his fly tying classes 2 years ago.
His studio and shop is his converted garage which can cater for 6 students at a time.
Lawrence an advanced fly dressing instructor has carried out demonstrations and tuition worldwide and is well known for his workshops in Yellowstone Montana where he astounded the fly dressing community with his then newly developed wire woven flies.
Lawrence is qualified in teaching and is the Health and Safety officer and child protection officer for IreLands leading professional game angling instructors A.P.G.A.I.
With over 40 years experience of tying and teaching Lawrence has progressed onto perfecting his dyeing techniques, resulting in some of the most beautiful dyed bronze mallard and CDC which is in great demand.
His latest stock is his range of dry and wet fly hooks at incredible prices.
these hooks come in barbed and barbless to enable anglers worldwide to make use of these incredible hooks.
The hooks are that good he supplied flies dressed on them for the Irish team in 2012 in aiding the team to win the Nationals on lough Sheelin.

With the coming of the new season
fly tying classes have started and a lot of interest for the new moose mane patterns has meant extra classes being introduced during the week.
