the Peachy telephone fly

A pattern i designed this week will be field tested tomorrow on Lough Melvin,The peachy telephone fly is an off shoot of the peachy bumble.
The use of the flourescent peachy angel hair is amazing and used on several patterns has produced some great results, not only for trout and Salmon but last year it was used on grayling bugs and customers around europe contacted me to obtain this material as it worked so well.
well tomorrow will hopefully see good results, so in the meantime it is back to the studio to produce a few more of these flies for the web site and shop, and also finish off the other  patterns.

RESIN SPIDERS

This week saw the production of the resin spiders, field tests with these proved highly successful on the rivers.
Tied on size 14 barbless buzzer hooks the bodies of these spiders are wire and coated with uv resin, ensuring the fly pattern sinks at a good rate.
These can be modified for all coloured wires such as gold, green red you name it,for those who want a better sinking rate you can add a gold bead to the pattern

FABS "FOAM ARSE DABBLERS"

Just finished the new selection of foam arsed dabblers, over at Blithfield foshery 2 weeks ago and they worked a treat.
This will be featured next month in I SHOOT AND FISH on line magazine.

Fished on the top dropper these beauties brought up fish after fish on each drift.
These were even field tested on Mask a week ago and worked fantastic on the drifts.
